Meet Rift, a gorgeous 2-year-old neutered male who is hoping someone will look past his FIV-positive status and see the amazing cat underneath. ??
Rift is a handsome boy with plenty of personality - including a little bit of spice! ????? He can be opinionated at times, and we believe he will do much better once he is out of the shelter and settled into a home where he can relax, decompress and build trust at his own pace.
Rift is looking for an experienced cat home, ideally with someone who understands FIV-positive cats and is comfortable reading feline body language and respecting a cat who may occasionally say, "That's enough attention for today!" ??
We truly believe that life in a home could make all the difference for Rift. The shelter environment can be overwhelming, and we would love to see what this beautiful boy is like when he has a quiet space, consistency and a person he can learn to trust.
