Meet Cordova - Your Next Adventure Buddy!
Looking for a beautiful Husky with great leash manners and a bright future ahead of her? Meet Cordova, a 1.5-year-old spayed female who is settling into shelter life and showing us what a wonderful companion she can be!
Cordova has been impressing us with her excellent leash skills and her willingness to learn. She has been working hard on her manners, including patiently waiting for her kennel door to open before heading out. She has made fantastic progress and can now sit and wait, even with the door wide open! Talk about a smart girl!
She has also done well meeting other dogs, and has shown no concerns around resources. Cordova has started crate training, too, and is continuing to build her confidence and skills every day.
Cordova is looking for a home that will appreciate her intelligence, provide her with regular exercise and enrichment, and continue supporting her training as she grows into the amazing dog we know she can be. If you love the Husky personality and are ready for a loyal companion to share life's adventures, Cordova may just be your girl!
Cordova is ready for her forever home!
Age: 1.5 years
Breed: Husky
Sex: Female, spayed
Medical: Vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed
Status: Ready for adoption!
Ready to make Cordova part of your family? Contact Northumberland Humane Society today to inquire about adopting her and arrange a meet-and-greet. Cordova has been working hard, learning new skills, and waiting for someone special to give her the loving home she deserves. Could that someone be you?
